Meet Heidi Bascom, LMT

Welcome to All About You Creative Wellness, where every session is designed with one person in mind—you.

My journey into massage therapy is deeply personal. After multiple back surgeries, I experienced firsthand how powerful therapeutic touch can be. Massage became an important part of my own recovery, helping me regain movement, reduce pain, and restore my quality of life. That life-changing experience inspired me to become a Licensed Massage Therapist so I could help others experience the same hope, healing, and renewed sense of well-being.

Since beginning my career, I've completed more than 1,100 hours of education and advanced training, continually expanding my knowledge to provide the highest level of care. My specialties include Therapeutic Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Myofascial techniques, and relaxation massage. I believe learning never stops, and every new skill allows me to better serve my clients.

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all massage. Every body has a unique story, so every session is thoughtfully customized to meet your individual needs. Whether you need focused pain relief, improved mobility, post-surgical lymphatic support, stress reduction, or simply time to recharge, I carefully tailor each treatment using the techniques that will benefit you most.

I especially enjoy working with clients experiencing chronic pain, recovering from surgery or injury, managing stress, seeking lymphatic support, or looking to improve their overall health and quality of life. My goal is not only to help you feel better during your session but to help you move more comfortably, function more freely, and continue feeling the benefits long after you leave my table.
